Food, Bev & Goods Leadership Certificate

The Food, Bev & Goods Leadership Certificate provides undergraduate students with an educational foundation in the field of retail food, beverage and consumer packaged goods distribution, marketing, and management. Certificate requirements include the study of the overall competitive business marketplace of the retail industry from a cross-industry perspective, consumer trends, trade relationships, supply and logistics issues, retailing and distribution, purchasing and merchandising. Certificate courses include strong industry participation from guest speakers to current case studies. 

Students are required to complete degree requirements specified for a business option in order to be awarded the Food, Bev & Goods Leadership Certificate. In addition, students must complete all certificate requirements.
