Examination of communication-based dimensions of an international or intercultural experience, including teaching English to speakers of other languages. Development of strategies and activities required to meet the challenges of teaching, working, or doing research in an international/intercultural setting. All linguistics students must register for
Ling 471/571, however, this is the same course as
Intl 471. May be taken concurrently with
Ling 390.
