RE 539 Real Estate Valuation
Introduces concepts, techniques, and tools for valuing income-producing real estate. Places a heavy emphasis on using real-world data and data analytics to assess the impact of property, locational and other characteristics on rental rates and property values. Topics discussed include value concepts and property rights, highest and best use analysis, appraisal approaches and technological innovations relevant to real estate valuation.
