Graduate certificates in affordable housing development, applied social demography, energy policy management, gerontology, real estate development, transportation, and urban design are offered by the Toulan School of Urban Studies and Planning. Admission to these programs require an undergraduate degree at an accredited university and a GPA that meets university graduate admission requirements.
