ELP 574 Principal Leadership: Clinical Practicum II

Candidates will engage in education leadership administrative practicum experiences focused on engaging families and students. The experience develops the ability to promote the success and well-being of each student, teacher and leader within a building setting, monitored and evaluated by a qualified, on-site mentor. Reflects Principal License Standards regarding professional capacity of school personnel, meaningful engagement of teachers/staff with families and community, and curriculum, instruction and assessment within an equitable and culturally responsive school.
