PA 444 International Field Experience

Students are teamed with counterpart public servants and public organizations in a foreign country to understand "what counts for success" in developing and implementing public policy initiatives. Students use this international comparative governance experience to reflect on the consequences for improving pubic service innovation and practices within their home organizations and jurisdictions in the United States. An additional important learning goal is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to work more effectively in cross-cultural team settings.
