RE 534 Leadership Skills for Real Estate

Provides students with the opportunity to develop leadership and communication skills relevant to the commercial real estate industry. Topics include leadership profile, emotional intelligence, negotiations, relationship building with clients and networking, building effective internal and external teams, conflict management, presentations and pitching, branding and storytelling, ethics, cultural awareness and belonging. This course places a heavy emphasis on experiential learning and practical application. This course may be taken up to three times for credit.
