BSt 361 The Black Business Experience
Students will engage in a number of topics including business success in the face of incredible odds, business in the Jim Crow era, Black businesses as tools of oppression, Blacks and the music industry, and Africa doing business with African Americans. We will also engage local, Black business owners to explore their experience, goals and needs. This course will look at college athletics as a new avenue for Black wealth.
