Psy 544 Job Analysis

Methods (e.g., interviews, surveys) used to collect information about jobs for use in human resource functions such as personnel recruitment and selection, training, performance appraisal, and compensation. Such information is also used to develop job descriptions and specifications. Course contains a community-based learning component. Students participate in a full job analysis including data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Also offered for undergraduate-level credit as Psy 444 and may be taken only once for credit.
