PHE 515 Introduction to Biostatistics
Quantitative analysis and interpretation of health data including data types, graphical and numerical description, probability distributions, association and correlation, estimation intervals, and statistical inference using both parametric and nonparametric methods, with applied exercises worked both by hand and using statistical software.
Prerequisite
Graduate standing in the Oregon Master of Public Health programs.
