Ch 546 MODULE: Biophysical Methods I (Macromolecular Structure)
This 5-week intensive course covers the principle methodologies used to study biological macromolecules at the ‘atomic-level’ (e.g. X-ray Crystallography, NMR Spectroscopy
and Electron Microscopy). Students will learn the underling principles, practical aspects
and means for validation and assessment applied to these techniques.
