HS 305 Human Services Management Systems
In this immersive course, students will develop the knowledge and skill necessary for management in a human service organization. The course covers topics such as organizational theory and behavior, human resource management, financial management, program evaluation, strategic management, and ethical and professional issues in human service management. The course prepares students for entry-level positions or further education in the human service management field. Students will be expected to complete field work observing a skilled leader in a social service agency.
