Real Estate M.S.
The Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) provides students with the skills and knowledge required to start or advance a career in the commercial real estate industry. The curriculum is designed to develop forward-thinking real estate professionals with strong analytical and effective communication & leadership skills.
The core curriculum covers real estate fundamentals, and electives allow students to specialize in: Real Estate Investment & Finance, Real Estate Development, or Affordable Housing. Students have the option to obtain a graduate certificate in their respective specialization to signal their expertise to employers. Technological innovation, data analytics, and environmental & social impact in the context of real estate are emphasized throughout the curriculum.
The program places a heavy emphasis on experiential learning, applied projects, and opportunities to connect with the industry. It is designed for working professionals, and classes are offered in the afternoon and evening. Students may take courses on a part-time or full-time schedule. Part-time students can complete the program in 15 months, and full-time students can complete it in 11 months.
