Psy 467 Work and Family
An examination of the effects of work on family, and family on work, in contemporary society. Includes study of dual-career and dual-work families, effects of maternal employment on children, impact of child care and elder care on the workplace, and parental leave and other workplace supports for families. Implications of research for social policy. Expected preparation:
