Psy 440 Group Process
A course on the psychology of small groups. Topics will include but not be limited to: interpersonal attraction, stages of group development, group structure, coalition formation, personal power, leadership, group decision making and problem solving, intergroup relations and the principles of negotiation. Expected preparation:
