Psy 444 Job Analysis
Methods (e.g., interviews, surveys) used to collect information about jobs for use in human resource functions such as personnel recruitment and selection, training, performance appraisal, and compensation. Such information is also used to develop job descriptions and specifications. Course contains a community-based learning component. Students participate in a full job analysis including data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Expected preparation:
Stat 243Z and
Stat 244;
Psy 321 and
Psy 360 or
Psy 361; or comparable Business Administration courses.
