ELP 576 District Leadership: Instructional Equity
Effective educational leaders cultivate a strong mission, vision, core values within a culturally responsive curriculum, instruction and assessment for district improvement. Candidates will develop knowledge, skills, professional dispositions and cultural competencies, in a district administrative capacity, to meet TSPC Standards 1, (mission, vision, core values); TSPC 4 (Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment); and TSPC 10 (School Improvement). Embeds a 30-hour authentic, district-based, clinical experience. This course is taken concurrently with
ELP 509 District Leadership Administrative Practicum I.
