ELP 579 District Leadership: Continuous Improvement, Operations and Management
Effective educational leaders act as agents of continuous improvement promoting student academic success and well-being, in the context of equity and culturally responsive practices. This includes managing operations and distributing resources in support of improvement efforts. Candidates will develop knowledge, skills, professional dispositions and cultural competencies, in a district administrative capacity, to meet the corresponding TSPC Standards. At the center of the course, candidates will engage in a 30 hour coherent, authentic, district-based, clinical experience.
