ELP 581 District Leadership: Ethical Management and Levers for Improvement

Effective educational leaders act ethically and according to professional norms promoting student success and well-being. This is evidenced by the way they act as change agents for continuous improvement while managing operations and ensuring equitable distribution of resources. Candidates will deepen and apply knowledge and skills in a district administrator capacity to meet the corresponding TSPC Standards. At the center of the course, candidates will engage in a 30-hour coherent, authentic, district-based, clinical experience.
