ELP 577 District Leadership: Professional Capacity and Engagement of Staff and Community
Effective educational leaders develop the professional capacity, practice and community of teachers and other staff to promote student success and well-being. This includes engaging in meaningful ways with families and the community. Candidates will develop knowledge, skills, professional dispositions and cultural competencies, in a district administrative capacity, to meet the corresponding TSPC Standards. At the center of the course, candidates will engage in a 30-hour coherent, authentic, district-based, administrative practicum experience.
